Return and Refund Policy
At Better Balls, quality and satisfaction come first. However, it may happen that you wish to return an order. Below you can read exactly how this works.
1. Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

Be in its original condition

Be undamaged and complete

Where reasonably possible, be in its original packaging

Show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the product
Please note: if the product is damaged or shows clear signs of use, we may charge a depreciation fee.
3. Exceptions
Returns are not possible for:

Products that have been customised specifically for the customer

Business purchases (B2B) outside consumer law

Damage caused by improper use
4. Return Costs
The cost of return shipping is at your own expense, unless:

The product is defective upon receipt

An error has been made by Better Balls
We recommend always using a tracked shipping service. Better Balls is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase
If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may be issued.

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product?
